Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Great but will try using only one poblano pepper next time for more subtle flavor. Made in instant pot, rice came out overcooked; reduce liquid amount next time.

    The flavors were excellent. It did burn slightly on the bottom and then I was afraid the rice was a bit mushy, so I might try cooking it in the oven next time to compare the results.
