Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My 1st try at corn tortillas with my new cast iron tortilla press.....and clearly this is going to take some practice. It seemed very straight forward but they did not puff at all in the hot pan and I've now read a lot / watched enough videos to know for sure that my tortillas were pretty much a fail. I have other books (with perhaps different masa harina/water ratios & hopefully helpful tips re dough consistency) and I am determined to get this right!
