Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I doubled the egg and buttermilk called for in the recipe (dough was not going to come together otherwise) and loved the result. I got about 12 scones from the recipe of decent size.

    This recipe easily doubled so I’d have enough to take to a brunch and leave some at home! I did find I needed to use more buttermilk than it called for - maybe because my organic buttermilk was so thick? Also they needed more like 20 minutes to cook. Delicious- big hit at the brunch!
