    Decided to try this after picking a load of flower heads whilst visiting a friend in the country. This was very easy. Left the flowers in syrup a good 16 hrs.- smelled like cat pee whilst it was infusing ( a good sign- you know you have picked the right flowers) Recipe made about 2.6L - great to give some away to friends. Very refreshing with soda water and sliced lemon.
