    Cooked peppers whole in an air fryer for 30 mins and then left them all afternoon: best method ever! The recipe itself was pretty successful, a little over-sweet, so we added lemon-juice, and might substitute out a bit of the balsamic in future. I’m not sure how fresh our ground almonds were, which might not have helped. Certainly serves 6: we had 4 inc. 2 hungry teenagers and 12oz pasta, and still have 2 portions left.
