Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Simple recipe- very delicious! Doubled the prosciutto and used sun dried tomato paste. Didn’t take long to put together and cooked quickly. Will make again!

This recipe is for pork 'roll's not 'balls' as the title says. Lidia offers two versions of pork rolls and since we are dairy free I chose this one. This was alot of work with pounding and rolling the pork and frankly not worth it. While tasty, it was not worth the extensive effort which also included cutting the prosciutto and slicing the sun dried tomatoes to fit the pounded pork. Likely will not make again.
