    This was exceptionally good and easy/fast enough to throw together on a weeknight after work! I made with three pork chops as it was just for the husband and I, cut down other portions accordingly. The chops were wonderfully tender and the cherry peppers were a great way to add some flavor and heat. A perfect one-pot meal (with a little salad on the side).

    This was really good but I overcrowded the pan so the potatoes didn't get as crispy as I'd have liked. My fault, not the recipe.
