    Learned a lot about cooking ground poultry by reading through this recipe. The spice mix was delicious! I like how toasting the spices helped deepen the flavor. I added cocoa powder as I usually do in my beef chili recipe and used fire roasted diced tomatoes. Overall, a delicious Turkey chili but I still prefer beef!

    I make many variations of this recipe, but whenever I make chili I always stick to the spices in this recipe and the method of toasting them, SO GOOD.
