    This uses a ton of ginger, but the ginger is what makes it. I did not include the egg yolk. Good (but a little watery) the second day. Best right away.

    There’s freshness from the fennel, ginger, and herbs, but this is no deprivation salad. The dressing’s richness prevents that.
