    The chicken & lemon outcome was a bit bland but paired with glazed roasted carrots with cumin seeds, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and nuts ( King Tut’s Carrots), the overall entree was delicious. Because the chicken/ lemon flavors are so subtle, this dish needs a complementary but more substantial flavor side as a foil. I liked the straightforward directions and easy preparation on a busy weeknight. Nothing special but a healthy protein meal.
