Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Oddly, the recipe in my kindle version is for Salmon (in fact I can't find any rockfish in my version of the book), but I subbed rockfish and the recipe was delicious. Super fragrant, loved the "drippings" after pouring over the hot oil. Excellent served over rice with a side of sauteed greens.
