    A straightforward recipe, as the title suggests. I used chicken breasts pounded thin, marinated in lime juice, cilantro leaves, and olive oil, and then stove-top grilled. That preparation and cooking elevated the flavor. I was dubious about using barbecue sauce as part of the filling, but it tasted surprisingly good. I served the burritos with a big green lettuce and tomato salad. I'll add this to my list of go-to recipes when I need a quick dinner.
