    There is nothing else you can ask for from a mac-and-cheese recipe. This has become our go-to favorite. Sure, other recipes call for bacon bits, dried breadcrumbs, or other additions, but why gild the lily? You can substitute pretty much any melting cheese for the one listed in the recipe.
