    Having to cook my first Christmas meal ever, this was a superb and foolproof recipe. My turkey crown was twice the weight so I doubled the stuffing amount and adjusted the cooking times. Brined it overnight and everyone commented on how moist the turkey was. The gravy was lovely too, although it didn't thicken as much and I had to add more flour; maybe I had more pan juices...
