    There was something wrong with the recipe. It was too liquidy, even though I followed all the steps from the recipe. After cooking it for about 3 minutes, it was hard to lift to cook the other side and it disintegrated. It was getting very dark and I was worried about burning it. I just managed to put it on a plate. It tasted very good, especially after serving them with homemade chilli jam and avocado cream, but the consistency was that of 'baby food'.
