    I made the marinade in the blender to save some time and set some of it aside to baste the chicken with while it grilled. The chicken was very flavourful but not very hot - I suspect my jalapenos may have been on the mild side - but that was fine with us. As suggested, I served it with the tropical salsa (from Buoy meets grill recipe). It was a great combination.
