Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    The spice paste is quite simple, which makes this v easy to make, but I found the flavours a bit disappointing. I added extra lime, sugar and fish sauce at the end which helped. I also found it needed longer than the recommended cooking time to get the beef really tender.

    Serve with stir fried veggies and rice. Delicious!!
