Stir-fried Asian greens from Bill's Everyday Asian by Bill Granger

  • fresh ginger
  • sesame oil
  • bok choy
  • mirin
  • store-cupboard ingredients

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

I made this with mature bok choy, so I cut the leaves and stems into smaller pieces, adding the stems first. Quick and easy side for an Asian dinner.
