Blueberry coffee cake muffins from Barefoot Contessa Family Style: Easy Ideas and Recipes That Make Everyone Feel Like Family (page 174) by Ina Garten

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Makes a very sweet muffin. I had 22 muffins but my pans may be small. I may have over baked but they also stuck to the paper liners. I was looking to use up sour cream so while I made them. I like other recipes better with buttermilk

I used some of the suggestions in the comments for the online recipe, using 1 tablespoon of the flour to coat the berries, baking at 425 for 5 minutes and then 350 for 15 (for a dome top) and putting cinnamon sugar on the tops before baking. They were excellent, but my berries were really big and some of them still sunk. Next time I will try to use smaller berries.

These are very cake-like. They're good, but I prefer a less-sweet muffin with a heartier texture. Maybe I used too many blueberries, but they sank a bit upon cooling, even though they were definitely baked through.
