Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made two small, half lasagnas: a cheese-free version for a friend and a regular one for myself. A lot of steps but absolutely worth it, and the tomato fondue can be made in advance and keeps well in the fridge. The fish cookery is bang on and will now be my go-to method for poaching cod. Used shellfish stock instead of fish stock and fresh pasta sheets instead of dried as a matter of personal preference. Had leftover tomato fondue which made for an excellent base for tomato soup.
