Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I'm usually skeptical of the impact of a small amount of an ingredient on a recipe so, while I followed the instructions, I wasn't sure the sherry and cloves would really do anything. But the hint of sherry and cloves in the fondue are what make this exceptional. By far, the best fondue I've ever had. It was easy and quick to make. And the leftovers do well on a toasted cheese sandwich.
