    I finally got these right! Dough from the freezer, left overnight in the fridge. Sprinkled roll with sea salt and cumin powder. Sliced a little larger than 1/2 cm. Sprinkled biscuits reasonably liberally with sea salt and cumin powder - Wonderful!

    When made the second batch (dough from the freezer), I cut them thinner than last time (stuck to the 1/2cm suggestion) and added cumin powder as well as nigella seeds on top. I gave them a rustic look by pressing on them slightly as I am not a keen fan of the "cooked from a roll of dough" look. I did enjoy them even more this time, and served with some Kasundi for dipping.

    These bickies are so easy to bring together, and of course will be delicious with that amount of butter and cheese - even the dough is delicious. I made a roll from half the dough to cook today, and divided the rest into 2 rolls to freeze and make later.
