Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The recipe is faulty! Not nearly enough milk. The dough was like plaster. Even when I added more milk, it was hard to mix it in. I lowered the baking temperature and baked them for longer. Weird texture and not well seasoned. This is the second recipe from the book that was a disappointment. Giving the book away.
