Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    So so. Not enough oomph of flavour, likely even more so if you went with the substitution suggestion of parsley for coriander. I did use purple carrots which probably diminished the visual appeal of the dish. Was very quick to put together though.
