Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A nice marinade for wedges, but I find they need a little more oil than stated in order to crisp up properly. I also added just a pinch of chilli powder rather than the full amount in the recipe, since mine is very potent, and sure enough they packed a spicy punch even with just a little bit.
