    Advance prep: Preparation must begin at least 6 hours before serving to allow for marinating, long cooking, and resting. Can substitute ground cumin for black cumin (nigella) seeds.

    Great recipe that I make all the time. It freezes extremely well. Goes great with some warm naan or rice.
