Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My husband has made this a few times- I can only comment on the taste........it was very very nice- not hot or overpowering but subtle and well balanced in its flavour. Have given a few jars away to friends- who have themselves gone on to make it. Goes well with the Indian Burger in this book. - A jar of this is great to have in the fridge!
