    It's tolerable, but I wouldn't call it creamy. The directions are somewhat lacking. The ingredients are slightly out of order, and it never mentions to grate the mozzarella cheese. Also, the amount of time to leave it in the oven is totally left up to the cook. I wound up leaving it in there too long because, aside from the butter melting, the top wasn't changing color at all.
