Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I love this recipe and have been making it for years. So easy and indulgent. I usually cut back significantly on the smoked fish (using a third to half the amount) and sometimes skip the cream if I don't have any to hand. My husband likes chunks of potatoes for texture, so I remove some before blending, then add them back with the remaining fish. Sadly the other recipes in the book don't appeal to me at all so I've given it to charity, but this one remains a favourite.
