Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    End result was very good, however there is something off with the recipe. The batter was incredibly dry and stiff (too much flour ?), no way I could fold in the apricots. So I layered the apricots with the batter which worked beautifully. A little bit on the dry side, but still nice with the crunch from the pistachios scattered on top.
