Can substitute green cabbage or prepared coleslaw mix for Napa cabbage, distilled white vinegar for cider vinegar, the "Sweet Hot Thai Chilli Sauce" for "Sweet Vegetable Pickles" (both recipes in this book), and baguettes for hoagie rolls.
