Yogurt bread from The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook: A Master Baker's 300 Favorite Recipes For Perfect-Every-Time Bread - From Every Kind of Machine (page 54) by Beth Hensperger

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I used AP flour as that’s what I have and I really want to experiment with using it for the recipes in this book. I don’t want to buy bread flour. Other than that, I followed the recipe. She says to sprinkle extra flour while it’s mixing. I wasn’t sure when to do that part but I just winged it. I used about 1/8 of cup extra. I brushed it with butter at the end I think that was a mistake. It made the crust too tough and chewy. This bread is very good and I’d say the best regular white bread I’ve made in my machine so far.

Delicious bread. Made with Greek yogurt.
