Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A very nice bread! Not a GF bread at all, the chickpea is mainly there for mouthfeel and crumb, while the cinnamon and red pepper flakes bring a nice warm, extra background flavor to the bread. We just ate it with butter as a side to dinner, but I think this would make a good sandwich with a good pastrami.
