Sourdough pesto bread from The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook: A Master Baker's 300 Favorite Recipes For Perfect-Every-Time Bread - From Every Kind of Machine (page 296) by Beth Hensperger

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

First off, there are no apples in this recipe at all. That being said, this is very tasty, and a good sandwich bread, especially with fresh tomatoes. I used a pesto that used walnuts instead of pine nuts due to my allergy to pine oil. I also had to use a tablespoon more of water, since I didn't quite have enough starter. The bread had a really good rise, regardless.
