Basic pizza dough from The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook: A Master Baker's 300 Favorite Recipes For Perfect-Every-Time Bread - From Every Kind of Machine (page 390) by Beth Hensperger

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

One of the best basic pizza doughs I have made. It's extremely useful for other recipes that call for pizza dough, that don't give you a recipe or call for frozen dough. Used for homemade pizza, it's very easy to maneuver around. One of the easiest to make, and easiest to use.
