    p. 63. (Roasted garlic & oil recipe p. 21) Very tasty, and quick once you have roasted garlic oil on hand. I didn't salt the roasting garlic, so my oil was unsalted; because of that I could have used a more generous hand when salting & peppering the shrimp just before cooking. Fairly whopping shrimp took 5 minutes in the oven. Made this in the 11" x 3" braiser pan; the 12" skillet would also have worked.
