    This was a tasty quick dinner with ingredients I had on hand when our evening plans were cancelled. Wasn’t outstanding, but very okay. I added a carrot and a stalk of celery with the onions. The carrot gave some nice color to the dish. I used a full pound of kielbasa and I think that is needed to balance the amount of lentils.
