    Vegetables may be prepared 1 day ahead and chilled, covered. Dress them just before serving.

    This is a great party dish because it can be made one day ahead except for the final dressing and it makes a beautiful presentation. I first served it for Easter with a fresh ham. It also goes well with lamb. Sometimes I sprinkle crumbled feta cheese between the vegetables right before serving. The fresh dill is a must.
