    I was reluctant to try this recipe but since all three berries were on special at the store, why not. Wow! what a great pie. I made it several times while the berries were still in season. Even my husband who stays on a diet couldn't resist this pie. The berries manage to complement each other and you are aware of each as you savor the pie. I did add lemon juice because I felt it couldn't hurt and probably would be a good addition.
