    Other than some necessary veg substitutions based on fridge contents, I followed this pretty closely cutting it by half. I will admit that poaching the chicken breast with fish sauce in the water did create a fairly "funky" smell in the kitchen - not sure I would do that again. The soup itself with the green curry paste and coconut milk is nice - I cut carrots along with yellow and orange peppers into matchsticks and used frozen peas in place of the sweet potatoes and snap peas called for.
