Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    One of our favorite rubs for grilled steaks. I rub the steak with fresh garlic before adding the rub. There's a terrific South African product (AB Black Gold Balsamic Reduction) that is fabulous on grilled meats but haven't found a source in the states so now just use a really good balsamic.
