      Had some chicken wings in the freezer and everything else on hand, so threw this together. It was really good, though I would like the "sauce" to be a bit thicker/stickier. We will try this again, perhaps using honey in place of the brown sugar.

      A perfect recipe for summer tomatoes, eggplant and corn. It was easy to put together and absolutely delicious. Only substitution was parmesan for asiago as I didn't have any on hand.

      One of our favorite rubs for grilled steaks. I rub the steak with fresh garlic before adding the rub. There's a terrific South African product (AB Black Gold Balsamic Reduction) that is fabulous on grilled meats but haven't found a source in the states so now just use a really good balsamic.
