    I first made this in December 1998 when it was published in the magazine and I've made it at the holidays many times since then. It's a fantastic and delicious cheesecake and everyone loves it. It's also really pretty and makes a lovely addition to a holiday buffet.

    This is a great dessert for Christmas or Thanksgiving. Looks really impressive, the coloring is very seasonal, it tastes delicious, and can be made ahead which is a great help with holiday desserts.
