    I've made this several times for Christmas parties and it's been a great success every time. I make it in a square tin as it is easier to cut into squares than slices - the brownie base is quite dense. When piping the cherry sauce on the top make sure you make the hole in the bag quite small as the sauce is rather runny and can come out fast.
