    Very tasty and goes together quickly with little fuss. I would not purchase salmon from the fish monger for this meal, but it is the perfect vehicle for those frozen filets in the big bags. Where some of the cooking-for-two recipe's portions can be more on the side of, cooking-for-two-linebackers, this is spot on with a salad and a side of roasted potatoes.
