    I made this as a pantry clean out to go with a pot of potato leek and kale soup and it was perfect. I saw a number of rye soda bread recipes so I subbed in my last cup of rye flour, and used chopped deli ham. It was an easy and delicious loaf that I’ll be making again come St. Patrick’s Day, if not sooner.
