    Tasty soup but it could have been thicker, but then I used a mix of Roma and regular tomatoes, it might have been thicker if I used all Romas.

    I first made this in the summer of 1999 when we had 23 tomato plants and I was searching for anyway and everyway to use tomatoes. And, wow, this was a great soup! It's very flavorful--just the right amount of fire-- and easy to prepare. And a nice way to use all those Roma tomatoes from the garden. I make this several times every summer and we always enjoy it.
