Can substitute pepper for Tabasco sauce. Omelet fillings: mushrooms, creamed chicken or chicken hash, creamed dried beef, buttered green vegetables, creamed fish, crumbled crisp bacon, ham, tomatoes, sautéed lamb kidneys, croutons, and/or sautéed sliced onions.
