    Quite tasty, but also rather labor-intensive, from making broth to filling wontons. I used eggroll wrappers that had been in the freezer too long, cut down to wonton size. The wrappers were a little dry which made forming the wontons challenging. They tasted lovely after simmering, but didn't keep their shape well, so the dish wasn't as visually appealing. Nice gingery-garlicky broth balancing out the soft wontons. Next time will use fresher wrappers!
