Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Reduced the butter from 80 to 50 grams because I balked at the amount of fat. Needed 3/4 cup milk for a good texture. (She lists 1 cup but in the instructions it seems like she expects you to use your judgement.) I reduced the cheese to 100 grams. Next time I will use the full amount and maybe more because it turned out it was the cheese that made this special and not just mashed potatoes. Next time I may do like I have seen in some other recipes and add cheese mixed into the potatoes as well. Love all the chives! She didnt say what size pan to use. I found a 9x11 worked well.
